Step by step

OUR PROCESS

BOOKING PROCESS

To begin the booking process, we reccomend reaching out in your second trimester to book either for maternity or newborn or about three months in advance. Once you fill out a contact form, someone from our team will reach out within 24 hours to begin the booking process. All that is needed to secure your slot is submit your non refundable deposit, and sign your contract. You will then receive a welcome packet from us to prepare for the big day, and schedule a pre session consultation.

YOUR SESSION DAY

It’s the day of your session. I ask that you arrive at your session about 10-15 minutes early to make sure we have everything ready to go before shooting or beginning hair and makeup 2 hours ahead. Once you are glammed up, we will dive right in. I have a posing flow that I like to go through with each dress/backdrop to get a wide range of poses and facial expressions. We will play with fans, lighting, dress throwing, and of course I invite spouses to join as well. After we are finished we will schedule your ordering appointment within a week.Sessions like newborn and milestone have their own workflow we will send a guide to prepare for.

GALLERY REVEAL APPOINTMENT

Within a week after your session, you'll return to curate your gallery with your favorite images, selecting from our array of digital and print products.

EDIT AND PRODUCTION

Once your images are captured, our skilled editing team invests two weeks in perfecting every detail, ensuring that the final result meets our high standards. Following the editing process, we embark on the meticulous production of your chosen products, be it digital files or prints, a journey that takes approximately six weeks.

GALLERY DELIVERY

Once your products have arrived to the studio, we will contact you and schedule and in person product pick up or professional installation.
